i hate that you're right about that.
maybe i'll take a jaunt down to the ring store here in a bit and see what i can find. see if they have any suggestions for making them work together, if that's possible at all. i'm not sold on it, the evolution stones aren't nearly as important to me as the rest of the pieces are. It was just a nice thought.

i agree that it isn't particularly romantic at first pass
but that promise has gotten me through a lot
it was a reminder through all of the things miklan and my father did that i wasn't alone
and that i had a reason to keep fighting back in the academy and for all these last few years
it's not romantic by itself but i can't think of anything that embodies how much and how long felix has been there for me

Hey, remember that I'm not trying to discourage you here - I'm just trying to offer a second perspective. If the Dusk Stone incorporation is important to you, then the hell with the aesthetics - that means more. And Felix isn't going to care about what it looks like nearly as much as he'll care about the meaning.

That goes for the engraving, too. What's romantic to you and Felix is what's important, not what I think. Is there a specific way you guys have talked about that promise? Any specific wording? Then use that. Even if it won't be romantic to anyone else, it'll be romantic to the two of you - and you're the ones getting married. That's all that matters.
