Recently, he was... calling it "flirting" seems wrong on a couple levels, but it seemed like he was definitely sending some signals, and I kind of felt bad since I'd already decided I couldn't reciprocate and all, so I told him I was too old for him - which I know now and knew then would be awkward as hell if i was reading things wrong, but it turned out I wasn't.
He disagreed, and we talked about it. Or, actually, first I started kind of freaking out, and then he got me to calm down, and then we talked about some stuff related to it
